This beer showcases a clean, malt-centric profile with a classic European character. The beer pours a dark reddish-amber and an off-white creamy head rests on top. The aroma is dominated by a moderately intense toasty-rich malt profile. allowing the Weyermann malt's signature scents of freshly baked bread, light honey, and subtle hazelnut to take center stage. The Saaz hops lends a slight peppery characteristic. The body is medium-light to medium with a smooth, gentle creaminess. It possesses a soft mouthfeel and moderate carbonation, finishing relatively dry and crisp, which makes it highly session-able despite its rich malt character.
